Shipping Policy

Carafe WineMakers Shipping Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to CarafeWineStore.com that you are 21 or older.

Where we ship

Currently we ship wine to District of Columbia, North Carolina , Florida and Virginia.

We ship custom labels anywhere in the United States.

Please contact us if you would like to ship internationally.

Signature Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. All packages must be received by an adult over the age of 21 and require a signature upon delivery. We recommend using a business shipping address for best service. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.

Shipping Rate and Delivery Time

Shipping rates will be calculated on real time UPS ground rates. Your order is automatically protected against loss or damage up to a value of US$100. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.

Return Policy

Carafe WineMakers Return Policy

Any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

To return unopened wine, please re-pack the wine in the same packaging and send it to the address on your original sales receipt. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns/cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you suspect a bottle of wine is bad, please cork the bottle, leave the contents in the bottle, we will arrange for pick up and return to us for analysis. Do not send us an empty bottle. After we receive and inspect the bottle, we will send out a replacement.
